Todd Gurley, StL, RB (30 percent started, $10)
Matchup: at GB
Numerous masculine runs are in Gurley's very near future. Coddled for months by Rams coaches and physicians after suffering a gnarly knee injury last November, the rookie was finally unleashed Week 3 in Arizona. Though the Cardinals had surrendered just 3.08 yards per carry entering last Sunday's tilt with the Rams, Gurley exhibited the devastating power, speed and versatility that gave SEC coaches nightmares. On 21 touches, the kid racked 161 total yards, netting 71 yards after initial contact. I'm convinced he's the next Adrian Peterson or Marshawn Lynch. He attacks with the vim and vigor of a rankled boar, catches the ball cleanly and is rock solid in pass protection. In other words, Gurley is a rarity, a legit three-down workhorse in a timeshare era. For those who stashed him, your patience is about to be richly rewarded. To be fair, Green Bay has played extraordinary defense of late. Marshawn Lynch, Jamaal Charles and Carlos Hyde each failed to reach 50 yards on the ground against it. A slimmed down B.J. Raji and Clay Matthews have done a tremendous job sniffing out the run. Overall, the Packers have given up just 4.0 yards per carry to RBs. Still, ball control, featuring a heavy dose of Gurley, is sure to be the point of emphasis in Jeff Fisher's game plan. Another 20-25 touches are a foregone conclusion. At $10 in Yahoo DFS, you won't uncover a better bargain the rest of this season.

About the time Charles was getting going was about the time the Chiefs stopped running the ball. Charles only had 11 carries against the Packers. Matt Forte ran it down their throat.

GB cannot key in on Gurley, or else Austin will burn them. The arrival of Gurley ushers in a triple-threat offense that was vividly on display when he had his 52 yd run: fake jet-sweep to Austin for a hand-off to Gurley, that could have possibly been a play-action pass from one of the best PA QB's, Foles. GB will NOT be able to stack the box against Gurley, like they probably could do w/ the Chiefs.

And Lynch hasn't been the same this year - either because he's had a nagging hamstring, or because their oline is atrocious. That leaves Carlos Hyde's 8 carries for 20 yards. Is stopping Hyde that big of an accomplishment?

Minnesota couldn't but he's not gained that many yards combined the other 3 games.
