The only "tiers' I'm interested in are the salty rivers of sobs from the teams we crush each game.
Hey have a pleasant day.

No way GB should be tier 1 with that WR core. I'd put any of the tier 2 teams above them.

MY Tiers:
1. Rams
2. Bucs, Chiefs, Bills, Bengals
3. GB, Ravens, Chargers, Colts, Titans
4. 49ers, Raiders, Vikings, Cowboys, Eagles, Broncos
5. Pats, Dolphins, Saints, Steelers, Washington
6. Browns, Cardinals, Jets, Lions, Bears, Giants, Panthers, Seahawks
7. Falcons, Texans
8. Jaguars

Summary: Rams get a tier all their own. Bengals deserve to be in tier 2. Green Bay does not get that privilege. Titans should be tier 3. Browns and Cardinals deserve to be way lower. Jaguars are their own tier of bad.

Bengals in anything other than the top tier doesn't make sense to me. That roster is loaded. They will be better this year too with a strong offseason of moves. My Super Bowl matchup this year is Rams/Bengals and I rarely go with the same teams but I think both rosters are great and both teams have the best QB in their respective conference.

Top tier to my eye at least is Rams, Bills, Bengals, and Bucs. Those four rosters are as good as it gets. They are the clear championship contenders for me.

After that I'd have a quite large playoff group. Chiefs would be in that group, btw, because I don't like their defensive roster. Packers are going to feel the loss of their top weapon so they also take a slight dip and I wasn't afraid of them last year either tbh. The hunger isn't there for them from QB on down, which is to say I look at the Rams with Stafford busting his ass for year two and setting the tone for that loaded WR group then the Packers with Rodgers and his luke warm will I need to be there nonsense and I feel zero fear of those fucks.

One thing that is noteworthy is the depth of competition in the AFC field. They have more quality in the playoff group, it's a significant difference IMO with party crashers like the AFC West adding to what was already a tough field. That might put them over the top in this year's Super Bowl.

I dunno about the bengals they were only 10-7 last year with the ravens and Steelers having down years. They’ve addressed their oline but we’ll see if it worked.

Putting a priority on wins and losses from the previous year isn't how I look at them. Teams rise and fall each year. Schedules change who you play and the teams you play are different than the previous year. So I try to look at the rosters moreso, it's still guesswork but more meaningful as a way of ranking them out I think.

The fact the Bengals almost won a Super Bowl with that OL demonstrates how good Burrow is. But their OL was terrible and they are one of the two teams that I think will improve most on the OL (them and the Panthers who have question marks at QB) which is bad for the rest of that AFC Central division. And they added a strong corner and safety to their secondary as well.

Their tier one is mine, exactly.

GBs defense has a chance to be elite and their run game is solid. Scary combo with Rodgers and that weak schedule, likely the one seed again.

KC/Buf are the only contenders in the AFC to me, with the Ravens a wildcard. Bengals are going to suffer from their schedule. Just a brutal division and I think they're clearly worse than Baltimore.

I think the Niners and Colts need to be swapped and I'd agree with tier 2.
