Lots of money in China. Maybe, American get get some back and buy back some USA real estate.

It's seems like a stupid idea on many levels except, the financial factors . It will be a big disadvantage to teams having to play there as stated in the article. Hope it's not on one of those smog days for our Rams.

I'm all about branding and marketing but this is ridiculous, that's all I can say. I understand the team will make money and so will the league but does China even like the NFL that much? not to mention the NFL would have to plan vye weeks and rest around this, it would be a lot of work.

Finally! I figure Stan owes a banana bunch of favors. Last time the Rams played London, we were the home team against the Cheatriots, (New England had to fly half as far for fish and chips.) Turn around, we play home again in China. I hate it when the Rams play home away in foreign countries!

Seven true homes for us, Nine away games for the Rams....AGAIN! Like I said Stan owes favors. And another thing that gulled me? Brady's boys beat the tar out of us in London. And Belicheat only had to play 7 real road games. At least ROD got some British fans out of the deal. (y) Cheerio!

Guess who will visit us in China? Let me open a fortune cookie.

"Not so lucky! NFC West team. " ......Confusion say, " China far East, Rams fly west."

Like the article suggested...It will be a West Coast team, cause a short 13 hour trip. By 2018, the Rams will be very tough and experienced, probably in the middle of the playoff hunt, up against an NFC West archrival whom will have a 2 game home/away advantage over our Rams. Talk about handicapping the Rams.

I'll say it once and only once, I thought Stan was buying a favor from Jerry Jones, during last year's draft. Rams's fans everywhere were chanting, "Draft OT La'el Collins!! 7th Round Steal!

Behind closed doors travel agent :mrburns: Jerry Jones spearheads Rams move to Los Angeles. Book it. Print it.

Favors? I'm not complaining about Hard Knocks. I wanna watch. Yet a few short years ago Fisher griped, said he'd rather not have a Hard Knock distraction. "Team was too young, now we're experienced."

Hell, last I looked we're still the youngest NFL team!

Jeez, I hope Stan doesn't own many more favors. We don't need the handicaps.

Next time we visit a foreign land I want The Rams to be the Visitors.

LOL, Stan's so greasy. He'd have them playing half of their home games in a foreign country if it meant more money.

As would every other owner in the NFL. These are billionaires, their goal is to make money, always, and above everything.

playing games overseas in different countries may sound cool, but it's a hassle. Keep the NFL in the USA..

Playing NFL games in China is a terrible idea driven by the greed of ownership. With 1.357 billion people in China, even if a tenth of the population becomes NFL fans that is still 135.7 million fans to sell merchandise to.

Agreed, although Mexico and Canada make sense. Feed Europe a bunch of preseason games and call it good. It's dumb and logistically ridiculous to expect anything more than that.

Playing in China is pointless why would the Chinese invest into something they don't play.It to bad that the relocation came with such a steep price for LA fans.3 straight years of international play is not a coincidence to relocating back to LA.Let's hope this little deal at least comes with some perks for us .I'll settle for the refs to stop calling BS calls against us and call the mugging Quinn gets on every down.

I think it is not as impacting if you schedule a bye the following week for both teams.

Yeah Mexico and Canada are exceptions. Just keep it in North America. Even the London games just seem difficult, I can't imagine China.

Stay with me, here.

I just got a text from my wife. She and my 6th grader went on a 2 hour bus ride field trip to China Town and San Francisco today. She sent this photo of my sweet daughter, along with the Caption:
"Us Americans are just horrible people...We did terrible things to the Chinese. :("
Becca.jpg

Whaaaaaat??? I send my daughter to a frickin' fortune cookie tour, and she gets the full on white guilt trip for things that happened 6 generations ago??? Not very gracious hosts, I must say.

Study the Chinese immigration plights of the 1800's...then the Italian, Polish, Irish, Japanese, blacks, etc. Who was treated well? Anyone? There have been many shameful things that have happened in this country. And we are not to gloss over these things, but to learn from them, and apply the American hope and opportunity to all who legally immigrate to America.

My brother-in-law Barnett, is 1st generation Chinese and ironically, grew up in China Town. His parents still live there. His dad doesn't even speak English after 50 years in the states. Know why? He doesn't HAVE TO! Insulated in his AMERICAN China Town. Try going to your wonderful Chi-Com homeland and live with such luxury. My brother-in-law makes a nice living, because he works hard and earns it!

Try that in your Peoples Paradise, with your gas masks on.

Many wonderful Chinese Americans. They add to our nation when they embrace America, and all it's goodness.

:shooting:Screw China. And their stupid superstitious cookies. And I DON"T want my Rams playing there.

Looks like I'm going to have to deprogram my wife and daughter when they get home(n)
