NFL Renewed Emphasis On Illegal Contact Fouls This Season

I'm thinking this somewhat has to do with the Super Bowl and the late illegal contact foul correctly called against Cincinnati on Kupp. They let Cincinnati get away with that all game, and apparently they let teams get away with it all season. I'm thinking this helps us.

A little apprehensive on our younger corners. Hopefully the officials at TC have been reminding coaches and implementing these calls to help out Durant and Kendrick perfect their mechanics.

I love me some Ramsey but he also might be somewhat succeptable to some calls if they go this way. He can get pretty handsie at times.

I just hope that if they start calling it, they are consistent. IMO, that has been the big problem when they decide to concentrate on certain things.

I'm sure McVay saw that coming and has the refs all over it in camp.

The real test will be the playoffs, when refs tend to swallow their whistles and let DBs play with more contact.

I could get open on the regular in the NFL if I could assault defensive backs and have the refs purposefully ignore it on almost every play. Total fucking Bullshit.
