including a rumored video of confrontation of Mr Luna and a man in a Cleveland jersey? Edit: as expected now reported to be a guy in a Rams jersey

Per the LA Times article I read he walked up behind a guy in a Rams jersey and pushed him in the back. The Rams fan turned around and in one punch knocked him out. The man fell hitting his head on the pavement and he's now in this medically induced coma.

What gets me is the fact that this guy was with a group of SF fans partying in the parking lot and they didnt do anything to help? Someone had to see what happened but yet no-one reached out to help?

Really waiting to see the video. The guy in the coma was wrong to push the other guy. The other guy was wrong to hit him and then leave if the guy was in need of help. Was the SF fan alone? Were there not others in the area? Is the video parking garage surveillance not a bystander recording and also not helping? So many questions.

https://ktla.com/news/local-news/ar...dium-altercation-that-left-49ers-fan-in-coma/. He's been arrested, but what do they charge him with? Fleeing the scene of a crime? Won't hold up in court as it's not a crime to defend yourself when someone invades your personal space with the intent to do harm.
Police just arrest, the DA will decide if there is a crime.
I just listened to the press conference. The only thing I can add is it sounds like at least Ram fan did try and help. Security was on the seen very fast and took over and called for help

I like how the news clip video portrays the guy in the coma as a victim and post all kinds of pictures of him smiling and as a “ good guy”.

Haven’t seen any video of the incident but this is the norm for media is to portray whoever got the worst of it as a ‘ victim ‘ and they didn’t do anything wrong.

Curious to see what actually happened. If he did push someone in the back and got knocked out in return I bet a years salary he won’t do that shit again. This is what teaches you lessons in life that social media won’t teach you.

At the news conference the police chief said the niner fan pushed the Ram fan in the back and the Ram fan lost his balance but did not fall to the ground. Ram fan then pushed and punched noner fan.
At least 1 Ram fan tried to help Mr Luna but Security got there and took over situation.
Total time of physical exchange was under 5 seconds. This is what I got from the news conference

How about waiting and hoping to see if he gets out of a coma first, before crowing "that oughta teach him a lesson"?

Guaranteed this guy has "learned" to never start a fight again. Let's just hope he's not disabled for life first.

They probably figured he deserved it and they weren't taking the puncher on. Plus it would be difficult to discern if he hit his head on the road amongst a crowd. If security was there as fast as the report suggests then nobody needs to help.

40 years old. He's 40 years old and doesn't know by now that this stuff isn't worth it.

40 years old and he's still acting like a Testosterone filled bully? I guess this guy was just used to pushing people around his whole life if he hasn't learned by 40 that nothing good can come from picking a fight.

Let’s wait for him to come out his coma before using a bit of common sense tho!!
