That play was straight up dirty and the guy should be fined for that. Most of what he ends up complaining about is him being outside the pocket and running where by rule he loses protection. But for that play he absolutely has a complaint.

Sounds like he's suggesting referees get fined for missing obvious calls.
He may be on to something there.

It sure looks like the Cards Player was intentionally diving for his legs!

To be honest those plays happen so fast. It was like the play that happened on Big Ben last year. It wasn't necessarily intentional but sometimes when your'e falling to the ground you just want to make the play anyway you can. I doubt Campbell wanted to hurt him.

I'm surprised they didn't throw a flag on that hit.
Arians' Cardinals are a squeaky clean team that doesn't commit penalties. Didn't you get that memo? The refs got it a few years ago.

And i'm a big fan of Fitzgerald but that dude holds on just about every one of those edge run plays. Hes been getting away with that for years. Their Tackles can't handle speed rushers yet rarely will they get a flag.

Now that Cam has perfectly timed his calling out of the officials publicly....cue the personal fouls against the Rams.
I am calling Sims with two.

Cam should be thankful he has a body and athletism on loan from Mt. Olympus and watch some games from 20 or 30 years ago. Two full steps after the QB threw the ball and blast him. Now those dudes took a beating.

Shit your preaching to the choir man.
I can picture Fitzgerald with his arms on the outside of someone he's blocking holding them. I expect our next game Robinson will get called for holding 3 times compared to their 1 time for the team...

yeah kinda looked like one of those plays where the DE was already falling and just dove forward but still really shocked that wasn't a flag..

imagine if that was Brady..

He has a point, though. He gets far less protection that Crybaby Brady.

Terrell Suggs pointed this out I think last year. That if a QB is big and strong they let the shiznit kicked out of them. He said the same hits they would lay on Big Ben over and over and never get flagged always get flagged when you hit Manning or Brady with the same ones....same thing applies to Newton.

Dude went right for his knees.
Should have been flagged.
Hopefully, film is sent to the league office and he gets fined.

Came here to say this. Going to be at least a couple clean sacks we lose now.

But yeah, that hit in the film was crazy low. Should have been called.
