Yeah, we'll see. Successful coaches will find new players to tie themself to.

He said 2 things....

"I don't see myself coaching at 70"
and
"I'm nowhere near ready to stop coaching"

So we'll have him for the foreseeable future but not 35 years. I can live with that. In 35 years I would be 100..#notworried

I'm pretty confident that Snead could find another good coach when the time comes. And I believe the drafting of good players is just as important as the coach. Bill Parcells once said, and I paraphrase, that "if they want you to cook dinner, they should let you buy the groceries". In other words, coach is only as good as his players.

On a second point, I would not expect most of the 4 players mentioned in the OP to be here after 2 more years. Sad, but it's the NFL.

My guess is that McVay will honor his full contract to the end, and I don't believe he'll just walk out the door while leaving the team an empty shell of it's former self under his guidance. When/If he leaves following his latest contract, he and Snead will likely have a strong group of candidates qualified to take over, they'll want their legacy continued if at all possible. Kroenke has been good to McSnead, I'm not seeing a huge issue going forward. jmo.

I definitely have my critiques but when he does leave it'll be a sad day.
Right there with you! I think he is overrated both among Rams fans and in league circles but he is still a darn good coach. It would be difficult to find a replacement at the same level or better.

Yes I am afraid of this. I also fear that he returns to the league after a few years of playing with his balls in the booth and goes straight to SF.

I like all the evidence and stuff that McVay said anything a long these lines.

More click bait

Not to mention there is no chance they all retire at the same time...

Looking like the only way McVay can beat the damn whiners is if they dump son of ratboy. I've been hard on McVay for not doing it, but that could be a future scenario and my main critique could be solved.
