I really like what Snead and Fisher are doing with this team. That video has me pumped so all i can say is :

I love the personality out of Tavon and GRob. It's also really nice to see Gurley able to do all the lateral agility drills. It has to be nice for him to have an actual off season to train. Ogletree looks like he's ready to play too.
