Here's Bradford on this.

Rams Quarterback Sam Bradford – Training Camp – July 29, 2012

On the status with his ankle)
“You know it’s okay. Obviously, today I had no problems with it. When I said earlier I have to stay on top of my body, I still think that’s one thing I have to make sure I take care of. Our trainers have already told me, talked to the coaches, if it does start giving me problems, it’s something that I’m going to bring up. If it causes me to limit reps then that’s what we’re going to do. I’m not going to go into the season with a sore ankle again.”

Now that was a week ago but it does show this thing is back and forth.

Either way soreness is the problem right now but soreness does not in itself indicate a lingering structural issue.

Anyway. From Bradford's own words, we know this much--we will know there's a real issue when they cut back his reps.

If they don't cut back his reps it's not a real issue.
