Cut:
Isaiah Pead RB
Jake Long OT
Scott Wells C

Resign:
Austin Davis QB
Kenny Britt WR
Cory Harkey FB
Joe Barksdale OT
Rodney McLeod FS

Restructure:
Kendall Langford DT

Sign:
Matt Moore QB Miami- I feel that he is the best QB on the market. His last chance to start he was voted team MVP on the Dolphins. Has some skills, he reminds me a bit of Bulger.

Josh Freeman QB- Top end starter tools, but hasn't put the work into it. Maybe he has grown up. Worth a shot.

Nate Washington WR Tennessee- Veteran WR still a deep threat.
Dan Connolly OG/C New England- Starter on Super Bowl winning team can play OG/C. Comes home with a chance to win starting job.

Mason Foster LB Tampa Bay- Young LB with good tools. Adds depth and ability to start.

Trade:
Rams trade pick 10 and Chris Givens to Kansas City for pick 18 and 49. The Chiefs move up to get their WR (relax both Cooper and White are off the board). Their WR corps is horrible and a glut of WR needy teams are drafting right in front of them. With many of our offensive line targets still in the board, this trade makes sense.

Rams trade picks 41 and 72 to Baltimore for pick 25. Baltimore always trades down.

Note I used the CBS prospect site for a guide on what round guys will go.
Draft:
1A Brandon Scherff OG Iowa- Big, physical, athletic OG prospect. Loves to punish guys. Heavy hands. Fits very well in the power run game. Compares to Zack Martin and Richie Incognito without the idiocy. All-Pro potential.

1B Cameron Erving C Florida State- Former LT prospect who moved inside and played well at C. A people mover who fits very well in the power scheme. Great size. Probowl potential.

2 Cedric Ogbuehi OT Texas A&M- Doesn't really fit our power scheme, but has great feet and long arms. Has first round talent, but we are getting an injury discount. Would have a redshirt year. He could be Barksdale's replacement if he struggles. He can also be a super sub. He played OG, RT, and LT at A&M. His versatility is very nice.

5 Jordan Hicks LB Texas- Very good size and athleticism. Had a productive senior year. Sound tackler and assignment sound. Loved by his coaches at Texas.

7 Darren Waller WR Georgia Tech- A height, weight, speed guy. As a Georgia Tech WR he wasn't used much. Good upside.

Not a fan of Ogbuehi. He's so soft and always skips practices because of some ailment or other. No thank you.

Love the Erving and Hicks picks, though.

I'm not going to belabor my thoughts on Scherff, so...yeah.

Like or not the Rams are going to draft a Quarterback and most likely by the 3rd round, barring a trade. You know it, I know it and the American people know it.
