Mobile Problem With Posting

I can't use any of the options in the post reply box. They're all there to see but faded so they're unresponsive when you touch them.

They used to work before but one day a few weeks ago they changed to that faded grey look and can't be used.

Any help will be appreciated.

Can you look and see if this button is pushed? Un-select it, if so.

i can't believe i missed that.

i opened up all the options to see if there was one character in them which was black and working. didn't see it.
