I feel bad for the fans who had already paid for lodging and airfares. I'd recommend fans petition Roger Godell and ask him to personally refund the fans who already paid. Afterall, Godell's above $100 Million salary for being incompetent, that's the least and honorable thing he can do. The refunds of air fares and lodging are pennies to him.

I have heard some of you say that you took time off work/vacation time to go to the Rams game in Mexico City...I imagine with that much time off, it wasn't just going to be about the Rams. Why not still do it, unless you just want your money back in some way....Not trying to minimize the pain of the situation. If it was me, I go do the vacation in Mexico City, and then come back and go to the game....Just a thought.

I don't attend many games so I've never had reason to look into their international series policy, but one of the points is that the "home" team needs to leave their stadium available in case the game needs to be played there - reading that would be enough for me to be hesitant when planning this trip.

Chiefs fans don't need reimbursement. They can just modify their trip to Mexico, to So Cal. Maybe they'll incur some costs, but they still have an opportunity for fun and travel.

And, if they want the Mexican feel, they can hit taco bell and El Torito!

Yeah, to those still going have a blast!!! We're staying so we can... you guessed it... go to the game!!! Hehe.. Our sole reason for going was the game. Sure there's fun stuff probably there, but our normal Vacation destinations usually involve tropical beaches and lots of scuba diving. We will probably convert our Air Tickets, for an additional $400-600 to Cozumel tix next May or June.
