It is hard to believe that a team that just went to the Super Bowl last season could have so many issues going into this offseason! I hope McVay and Snead have some tricks up their sleeves! And, I hope those tricks work a lot better than the tricks they tried in tonight’s game!

I hope so, I mean that’s ultimately what they get paid to do right? Got to have faith in the front office. Just last year they made moves that got us to the Super bowl. This year things haven’t worked out, it happens.

Just beef up the lines. We're set at skill positions. Re-sign Ramsey and Littleton and commit to a space eating nose tackle and some mauling lineman.

Teams can't stay healthy every year.

We need to rebuild our Oline and we will return to the top.

We went toe to toe vs the NFC's best and nearly beat them in their house. We did this with 4 NFL backup lineman.

Don't think it's a major challenge and the over reactions here and in other threads is laughable. Fanbase became spoiled the last two years. Very few teams win year after year without hiccups and that team cheats like a mother effer.

There needs to be some changes yeah... but GZ doesn't miss against Seattle... we don't give up 2 3rd and 16's... we win the division....

We weren't that far away honestly - as bad as it seemed at times.

I do expect Phillips to retire however.

This and not to mention we beat the Seahawks (almost twice) and Saints convincingly who are both top dogs in the NFC. This team isnt bad by no means but injuries and not so good game planning along with lack of adjustments hindered us. Growing pains imo.

They goddamn better get Ramsey signed. And get after a strong FA lineman to help settle these guys down. Go get Scherff. That's of course if he hits the market.

I'm glad I'm not Snead. And tbh not sure he's secure in his job either especially if the Rams think they might not be able to sign Ramsey.

This team performs best on those quick snap rollouts. All day everyday. Goff has shown he is better when rolling out. I don’t understand why they deviate from those plays and lose.... They just need to get fluid.

I don't think our challenge is major. We have the key pieces. We just need to address a few deficiencies. It's very doable. There are a lot of teams in far worse a spot than we are.

I certainly hope that I am just over reacting with my concerns and maybe it is just emotions from last night’s loss and the not wanting to accept the fact that the Rams season is over after next week. I am not a real Baseball or Basketball fan so I really hate to see the Football seasons end! And, I do hope I am wrong about the Rams having major concerns but it seems to me that they do have some real issues that they have to address such as Gurley’s health (Is he ever going to be the same again or at least close to it?), Salary Cap Issues (They have extended some players at some very steep salaries/Not saying they weren’t good signings but they were expensive), both Lines (ESPECIALLY the OL!) definitely needs to get better, I love (Not literally!) Jared Goff but he (At least to me) seemed to regress from last season (Which, Can probably be largely due to Gurley’s health and the OL needing to be improved), and maybe it is just my imagination but the Coaching decisions just didn’t seem as good as last season (Is that due to the Rams injuries?, Did the Rams lose some valuable Assistant Coaches after last season?, Did other teams Defenses catch up with the Rams Offense?, etc). So yes, I am probably over reacting after that tough loss last night but personally I do think they have some serious issues/challenges that they will have to address this offseason. But, with all that being said I am THRILLED that Sean McVay is the Rams Head Coach and that Jared Goff is the Rams starting QB and I am very confident that they will make the necessary moves/decisions to have the Rams ready for the start of next season!

It's not that hard to believe. It's so common there's a term made specifically for it: Super Bowl hangover.

Have to find a Center that can run block consistently. Sean doesn't want to grind out 3 yards a run and dink it down the field. He wants 4-7 yard runs with downfield PA passes. The line has to be a good unit for the offense to have the rhythm he wants.
Same thing with the D line. They have to get another dog that can get after the QB that can take pressure off Donald, but he can play 3 downs and hold in the run game. Brockers was a huge disappointment IMO. The lineman playing next to 99 should have at least 5 sacks a year.
They need people movers at the point of attack on both sides.

Gonna be tough to do much with the limited draft capital we have. The Ramsey trade was a mistake IMO. Also going to be tough to find $$$ for FA help with all of the contracts we handed out.

Goff HAS to be better next year or this team will not improve. He is paid as a top tier QB and the rams did not get the return on that investment this season. Period.

I also questioned the Ramsey trade but I would have been much happier with it if they could have come to an agreement on an extended contract before they finalized the trade! And, I might be wrong but if the Rams and Ramsey don’t agree on an extended contract then the trade just proved to be a very expensive short term rental!
