McVay needs to work the refs better

Now that you mention it, I can’t recall ever seeing McVay *working* the refs.

McVay’s a bookworm who loves to read about sports psychology. You’d think one of those books would’ve given him strategies for getting inside the officials’ heads...

Not that he should go all Harbaugh-insane-clown... but... something...
