Gruden took a huge risk with him. Gruden also took a huge risk in drafting DE Arden Key, and a even bigger health risk of drafting Maurice Hurst.

But lets not forget ... Gruden kept with "Raiduh tradition" by being the guy who drafted Aqib Talib ... anyone remember Talib's pre-NFL reputation?

Take risks ... sometimes you lose ... and sometimes you win big.

Hopefully the Rams win big with McVay/Snead's gamble on Talib.

Talib is a douche, but, he has been a pro for years now, not worried about him at all. Berry is more of a worry to me. The biggest worry is whomever is dogeared at LB at this point.

Not sure Wade would have green lighted Talib if he was no more than a "douche" especially when bringing in another talented but volatile CB in Peters.
 
Couldn't believe when they traded a 3rd round pick straight up for him. Raiders turning into a clown show.
