Biggest take away from that video is we need two things to be great this season, health and eliminate big plays. The offense will take care of itself with health. The defense was between good and middle of the pack in almost all categories except for yards per catch against and turnovers. Rams definitely poured a lot of offseason resources into fixing that problem. Hopefully it pays off cause if it does this defense is going to be goooood.

A healthy Kupp. Mostly healthy Kyren. Avoid multiple injuries to the line. All that comes together and we will have a top 5 offense. On defense its all about the development of the young guys. And the health of the veterans on the back end. I think Verse will be a legit NFL starting edge rusher. Might take a year or two to develop into a top tier rusher. I don't know about Fiske. And how long it will take to adapt to the higher level of play. He has a non stop motor. That always helps. Can get extra sacks on effort alone.
