This guy is a big reason the run game is working. How was he not starting in Pittsburgh?

He started at LG in Pittsburgh, they were also going to change blocking schemes.

One thing that struck me when Dotson came to LA was when he mentioned the coaching culture of the Rams. He said something that basically meant that in Pittsburgh they focus on what you do wrong and in LA they focus on what you do well. Maybe he’s one of those types that does not like negative criticism, even if it’s coaching.

Ironically, some people would read that and say that Dotson is soft

Incidentally, I recall Jimmy G saying he loves the Rams because they let you be you. Or something to that nature.
