A Patriot suspended...

On the too easy to cheat part, I was wondering if the Patriots encouraged him to do this. Would taking PEDs help in his recovery from ACL surgery? Get him back in shape faster? If you had a star player who was at the end of his career lifespan but was struggling with injury and recovery and wasn't on his last chances as far as drug testing is concerned it would be worth gambling the suspension. You know, at worst, he'll be out 4 weeks but you'll get him back healthy and stronger because of it. 4 games is worth giving up if it lets you squeeze a couple more good seasons out of them.
You know, Edelman is a client of Brady's fitness guru........just saying.

At one time he was, it seems he isn't anymore. Brady's guy threw out a bunch of tweets talking about how Edelmans new guy caused this.

and yet they will still easily win the weakest division (Pats 11-5, Jets 6-10, Fins 5-11, Bills 4-12) in the NFL for the past 20 years...
Yep - 6 scrimmages every year allows you to fine tune everything.

Alex Guerrero denied doing anything wrong, so he must be innocent, right? It's all about the legal approach to training and recovery he says.

TB12 trainer Alex Guerrero has issued a statement in response to his client Julian Edelman’s reported four-game suspension.
“I’ve known Julian since his rookie year and he is a phenomenal athlete who takes his training seriously — it’s disappointing to hear today’s news,” Guerrero said in the statement issued Thursday night. “Elite athletes sometimes work with multiple coaches and health professionals as part of their off-season training.”
“Here at our facility, we take a natural, holistic, appropriate and, above all, legal approach to training and recovery for all of our clients,” he continued. “And anyone who would suggest otherwise is irresponsible, and just plain wrong.”

Some history:
https://www.bostonglobe.com/sports/...ex-guerrero/LAWPud2OpucdjHpleTy7tK/story.html

Let’s revisit for a moment exactly who Guerrero is. He is a guy who said he was a doctor even though he is not a doctor. He marketed a beverage of organic greens that he falsely claimed could prevent or cure cancer, heart disease, arthritis, and diabetes. He lied about receiving a bachelor’s degree in biology.

The Federal Trade Commission alleged that “consumers throughout the United States have suffered and continue to suffer substantial monetary loss and possible injury to their health” because of Guerrero’s Supreme Greens infomercials.

In 2010, Guerrero got Brady to endorse Neurosafe, which was said to protect you “from the consequences of sports-related traumatic brain injury.” The FTC shut down Neurosafe.

Guerrero’s trail of bad business relationships is longer than Brady’s Super Bowl résumé.

And now it’s alleged that one of Guerrero’s guys — Julian Edelman — is dirty.

Whoa. I was not aware of his sketchyness. I only was relying on my bullshit meter. A healthy diet is good, but there are no known accredited and legal magic bullets to fighting off the aging process. NONE. So I have always wondered why no one has questioned Brady's cover story. The shit might be about to hit the fan.

What is more interesting and an indication things are messed up there. Edelman is appealing this. NFL does not announce these things till after the appeal is lost. Someone had to leak this.....cough cough, Bill trying to get back at Brady lol.

It’s getting ugly over in Foxboro
