Living in Maricopa County, naturally I root for Heat Miser, not his copycat brother.

Those were Christmas staples, when I was young.

Even now, I'll watch them if they are on.

I wonder if there is anyone on here at ROD who hasn't seen those shows. It was a tradition to watch them every year. RIP Mr. Bass. You truly left a legacy.

Sad to hear of his passing. I really enjoyed all of the Rankin and Bass holiday shows as a kid. It was always a special time for my sister and I when they came on TV. But I always had a special place in my heart for Mad Monster Party.
