CBs Jenkins, Woodard, S Daniels, LB Laurinaitis, DT Brockers, OL B. Jones, OL Saffold, DE Hayes among those not practicing.

It's clear rookie OL Greg Robinson is a big fan of the run blocking drills. Absolutely destroyed LB Johnny Millard on one snap.

Included in the physical part of the practice was small skirmish between DE Michael Sam and OT Joe Barksdale. Sam took exception to Barksdale continuing to block after the whistle.

#Rams off the practice field Tuesday evening. Physical workout with lots of run game work. Special teams only practice set for tomorrow.

DE Michael Sam played 32 snaps on defense and five more on special teams. OLs Van Dyk and Rhaney both played more than 40 snaps.

E.J. Gaines and Mo Alexander were particularly busy, playing 51 and 42 snaps, respectively. Both busy on special teams as well.

Plenty of snaps to go around for rookies in preseason opener. G. Robinson played 33, Donald played 37, Joyner had 33.

Not sure if he'll get much action, but now that he's back from hamstring, curious to see what undrafted RB Trey Watts does vs. Green Bay.

After sluggish practice on Monday, Jeff Fisher was much happier with what he saw on Tuesday.

After a couple of drops on Monday, Tavon Austin made a couple of good grabs in traffic Tuesday.

Nice INT during 11-on-11 by S Rodney McLeod on tipped ball.

No real change on not-practicing list. Janoris Jenkins, Darren Woodard, Matt Daniels, Kadeem Jones, James Laurinaitis, Barrett Jones...Brandon Washington, Rodger Saffold, Michael Brockers, William Hayes did not practice.

As a whole, o-line did a good job run blocking. Greg Robinson was in the "maul" mode.

Pretty good dustup between RT Joe Barksdale and DE Michael Sam during a running game period. Barksdale got a pancake block. . . Sam didn't like it. Some punches thrown..

Miami Dolphins waive TE Raymond Webber of Miller Career Academy HS.

As expected, Rams place DE/TE Mason Brodine on injured reserve list.

Rams practice at 5:30 p.m. tonight. Free and open to the public.

On offense, WR Stedman Bailey (34 snaps) and LG/LT Greg Robinson (33 snaps) were the only projected starters to play more than 19 snaps.

Mizzou DE Michael Sam (32 plays) and West Texas A&M rookie DE Michael Westbrooks (33) both played about half the defensive snaps.

First-round pick DT Aaron Donald, also got a lot of work with 37 snaps.

Mizzou rookie CB E.J. Gaines played more snaps (51) on defense for Rams vs. New Orleans than any other Rams defender.

A warm St. Louis welcome to the one and only Gil Brandt and his partner in crime, the indomitable Alex Marvez, here for Sirius XM NFL radio.

Rams once again projected to field NFL's youngest roster for 3rd straight season. At 34, backup QB Shaun Hill oldest player

DE Robert Quinn expects more double-teams coming off 19-sack season. Hopes that creates opportunities for others

WR Kenny Britt says he's finally fully recovered mentally & physically from torn ACL suffered in 2011. Looks great in camp

8 d-linemen locked into roster spots. Team will carry 10-11. No cinch Michael Sam sticks
Offensive benefit of Gregg Williams' return as DC: Sam Bradford getting rid of football quicker in practice

Don't expect LT Jake Long (knee) to play Saturday vs @packers. Return coming later vs Browns or Dolphins
