My guess is they're going to sign Stafford first and then work on Garoppolo's contract with whatever's left over. And of course, with Stafford's consent. I don't see any other thing they can do really.

Well went to Vegas with an Ex.- we use to go to a lot of shows.Over the years I’ve given way more back than one could possibly imagine.

I’d say Jeff Fisher was a (selfish) bad HC with The Rams.Les Snead basically did what he was told.His system has grown over The Years.A good question for Les Snead is if THE DATA he collects with SEAN MCVAY goes back before he was a HC ? The follow up would be for him to elaborate & how SO(Ram) ?

I went into my LIFE to reflect,but sort of silly to say things in social media.I guess everything I’ve ever text is a LIE!!! I guess I LIE a lot,but yeah in ALL HONESTY. Long story short,after all the above.Barenaked Ladies is worth seeing.You might want to turn yourself on to them! I’m sure there music might surprise you of what you know about them.

Stetson got drafted on a team with Super Bowl hype every year and that hurts him because fans don't want to rely on an unproven guy if Stafford has to miss some time. And I understand why. I would prefer Jimmy G just for peace of mind but I agree that Stetson might surprise. I'm not sure about kicking ass but I think the talent is there if he can keep out of his own head.

FWIW, I have never been a fan of Bennett. One of my red flags was I thought there might be some issues lurking (mentally) and that was a feeling I had from his arrest of public intoxication albeit many on this board did not think that was a big thing, but Bennett was struggling and needed time off to combat that.

That being posted, I have been impressed the way he has rebounded and you could see a huge difference his game in preseason last year. I would not be comfortable with Bennett being the backup, but if he goes out and has a stellar preseason and if Garoppolo retires, that might be where the Rams end up, but I hope not.

I'd like to see how he does in preseason but I'm still open to it. I liked the improvement I saw last preseason. And just because he hasn't crossed into QB2 territory, I wouldn't completely rule him out. The guy ahead of him was a starting QB for a team that went to the SB. It shouldn't be surprising that a guy who has never played a meaningful snap in the NFL couldn't pass him on the depth chart.

I certainly hope so but all signs point to him not having the confidence of the coaches and his mysterious illness and shaky play in the preseason. None of that makes me very confident unfortunately.
