Jim Harbaugh says his parting with the 49ers wasn’t really mutual

When Harbaugh was a whiner he was the enemy but now that he is gone, I have no qualms with the man. In fact I respect him for his stand against censorship from the leftist/socailist at Michigan.

Very simnilar to what Jerry Jones did with the whole Jimmy Johnson thing... once he got rid of the "strong personaility" Johnson, he hired a bunch of yes men... and - of course it failed. Wasn't until Parcells was hired that things started to improve. But, once again, JJ ran him out of town.

Ownership has to figure out ways to work with a strong willed coach. Not easy... but if that can be done, it is the best way usually.
 
Call the new coach if you want to,but this new 49er coach is a bit of a bad ass.
It started before the season when the team wanted to trade him to the Raiders for draft picks.
York(balke) made a statement after the Seahalwk game on Thanksgiving .That is when everything went down hill.The FO quite on the team.
Now you look at players leaving the Niners after the season.They had a load of draft picks which they wasted.The Rams(Snead) has out drafted them.
I like this new coach though in a sense of he has that Mafia feeling to him.A little scary like if you saw him in Vegas.

The 48ers got so many calls though & always a easier schedule than The Rams have.I hate them,& glad he Jim is gone.I'll cheer for him every season against that Tebow Texas name Hot dog eating guy at Ohio St.

Boone vehemently attacked all those who attacked his former coach during the season. More recently the guard told Andrea Kremer, in an interview that will air Tuesday on HBO's Real Sports with Bryant Gumble, that Harbaugh grated on the players after a time.
"He does a great job of giving you that spark, that initial boom," Boone said, via NBC Sports. "But after a while, you just want to kick his ass. ... He just keeps pushing you, and you're like, 'Dude, we got over the mountain. Stop. Let go.' He kind of wore out his welcome."
Kremer asked Boone to clarify his comments.
"I think he just pushed guys too far," the former Ohio State player said. " He wanted too much, demanded too much, expected too much. You know, 'We gotta go out and do this. We gotta go out and do this. We gotta go out and do this.' And you'd be like, 'This guy might be clinically insane. He's crazy.' ... I think that if you're stuck in your ways enough, eventually people are just going to say, 'Listen, we just can't work with this.'"

It's not a new theory that Harbaugh got under his players' skin. Randy Moss' criticism early in Harbaugh's tenure in San Francisco was that the coach ran the squad less like a pro team and more like a college one.
Former-49ers cornerback Chris Culliver, who signed with the Redskins in the offseason after playing three seasons in San Francisco, posted a
photo of Jim Harbaugh on Monday referencing the details, writing: (Sic) "Funny how ppl talk about u when You not around but quite in ya face!! 3/4 years went to NFCchampionship/Super Bowl, that's what we play for!!"
Harbaugh even admitted to Kremer that he knows his style can wear on people.
"It must be true, yeah," Harbaugh said. "Sometimes I'd wear out my welcome."
"What does that mean you wear out your welcome?" Kremer asked.
"They just don't want to be around you after a while," Harbaugh replied.
Harbaugh now has a fresh start at Michigan and Boone has a more player-friendly coach in Jim Tomsula.
 
Yeah, soon they'll realize Jim Tomsula is the one who really is insane.

Goodbye competitiveness.

Possibly, but they didn't play that great last year. Even with Harbaugh.

Harbaugh has actually left at the right time. He came in with a very strong roster. Won a ton of games and is now gone, when the teams window of opportunity is closing. It may have already closed.

Harbaugh comes out smelling like a rose.
A very disturbed, insane rose.

Rather be ran ragged than be a happy loser. Now I'm even more excited for the Whiners to collapse, if they all carry this, "BUT WORKING FOR IT IS TOO HARDDDDDDDDD." mentality.

He may have been the problem, or a big part of it though. This may be addition by subtraction.
