Now of course shitty media all over this. They waiting for the Rams demise. That said assuming we loathe the media it's troublesome when it's coming from the mouth of AD again.
He is already getting a new contract if he stays but when he says (paraphrasing) "what's left to prove sees Big Whit retire to be with wife and kids won a chip and now von gone too....I don't know man" He is longing for his family all of it. It's scary. We will see if money talks.

This is also now annoying and worrisome. I understand it and I back him as he is one of my favorite all time Rams but if Von Miller as I said yesterday is one of the catalysts for the Rams entire demise my gratefulness and appreciation will turn to anger and dislike.

Nothing ever comes without a price we still supposed to be living of the chip high making decisions and then boom one domino falls and the whole thing may just come down. I understand right now it's fresh but hearing it from his mouth again and not just the shitty media is on itself scary.

How do you guys realistically see this going? And even if you throw money at the problem does that ever really work?

If he does I'd tell him "See you in September."

If he realy thinks, there's nothing left to prove he should retire. IF he has lost his passion for the game he won't performe on the same level he used to.

“This might be it for me, what more do I have to accomplish? You see guys like Whit calling it a career to be with his family more and that’s exactly what I want. Losing Von hurts too”

If AD abruptly retires than this will fuck us over big time for this year in terms of getting FAs but it is what it is. It'd give me a reason to root for the Bills to just fucking choke because I definitely feel Von is partly responsible even tho it's really up to AD lol.......I hope he doesn't retire as it'll hurt us big time on the defensive side if he does.

Imagine all the freed up millions of dollars to grab other players if AD retires.
It would suck big time, but it'd also be a very fresh start with lot's of cash to build exactly what we want. I'm just saying, it wouldn't be the end of the world. Close though, haha.

Damn I hope not for our sakes but can’t blame his reasoning. I think he’d miss it though.

The timing sucks because they won’t know if they have to make another move or not. On the flip side wouldn’t it free up some cap space?

He’s become my favorite Ram but I hate to think that he feels the Rams don’t have much of a chance without Miller or Whitworth. I hope that’s not his take but it sure sounds like he doesn’t think they can repeat so what’s the point.

I’d sign the best corners and safeties they could get. Plus edge and another DT

A lot of football fans that root for competitive teams or the NFC West would be cheering if he hung it up.

AD retiring now is just plain silly-stupid talk.

He was back working out a week after the Super Bowl. His longest layoff was three days way way back in the day.

You're gonna hate me but .... if AD retires, I'd go all out and "blockbuster trade" #5 and build from there. Without his salary and without AD's salary, there will be money and gained draft picks.
Just saying. #5 is a really good player, but a hot head and lately been getting burned too often.

If AD left, use #5 to get some picks, a different really good player, and a LOT less money owed.

Today I put up copy of it but was Josina Anderson and it was a quote from what he said l sadly. He could just be emotional. Look at us we exploded with emotion imagine AD.
