I do not have almost any computer savvy about creating a screen shot and somehow pasting to an email (Outlook). I am using Windows 11. If I can't figure this out, the state of Oregon will remove my Mom's Medicaid help to pay for Memory Care rent. The facility has been home for her 14 years and would be a traumatic thing for all involved if she had to move.
Thank you in advance,

We know you need help.

As for your question one great app that usually is loaded on a PC already is snip it. Check it out.

Might not be as pretty as using "snip", but you can also hit the Print Screen key on your keyboard when viewing the information you want copied (PrtSc or something similar). Then you can paste it in to the body of an email by hitting ctrl V or right click select paste

If it is online and you use Microsoft Edge, select the …
option and select Screenshot. This function will allow you to capture your screen.

You can then paste it into outlook using Paste or pressing ctrl + v

One option if you just need to take a literal picture of any portion of your screen and you have a keyboard with a windows button (between your left ctrl and left alt button) you can press at once these buttons "windows + shift + s" and your screen will go slightly greyed out and you can left click drag the cursor to square over any part of your screen and when you release your mouse button it'll make a copy of that part of the screen you highlighted. Go into an email body and press "ctrl+v" to paste it directly into an email. Like this...
