I don't understand any of that. But. About 13 minutes into it, he talks about Quick a great deal. How he's counting his own steps during practice (that's not normal), and how he isn't able to read the blitz, has little awareness right now, etc. He's still a works in progress, of course. Phenomenal talent, but it's going to take some time. Lots of time.
Talks about Steven Jackson after that (his future with the team, trade value, etc). "There's more value in keeping Steven Jackson around for the rest of the year, than, say, a 4th rounder next year."
