How do you watch the games, on game day?

If you cannot attend the game… How do you prefer to watch the NFL on TV?

I tend to prefer watching games by myself. I can pause and rewind. Focus on the game and the details.

How about you?

Alone?

With a small familiar group, family, friend, etc. ?

Bar scene, with a large sometimes random crowd?

At times we probably all enjoy all 3 of these… but; which do you prefer?

I can't do it with others. Apparently I clap too loud and turn into a beast of some sort and scare everybody with my screaming.

But that's ok, I don't want them interrupting my watching anyways. It's serious business and I don't need people distracting me.

Plus, there aint no Rams fans out here, so I normally enjoy posting in the game thread with you all - my...... true... family

I send my wife this meme before every season, I guess she doesn't think it is funny

My wife is a Chiefs fan so I do watch those games with her, where I am calm and have no worry in the world

when the games start at 3am i watch it alone but if it's a later game, after 6am, my son gets up and watches it with me.

it'll be daylight saving tonight so the early/late games will be 4am/7am which makes it better.

when you guys stop daylight saving in a couple of weeks it changes to 5am/8am which is beautiful.

I generally watch it by myself. The wife is here but she doesn't pay attention to it. I don't yell and scream like when I was younger. I just vent when posting in the game day thread. Quietly.

She is a Bills fan so I watch that game with her and vice versa.

Just me. Game time is my own time. Scattered short big play texts are the norm. Phone calls no.

I prefer to watch our Rams play without anyone around to distract me.

I mostly stand on my feet for the games. I always get gut punching butterflies every game, until it's obvious the Rams have the victory wrapped up.

By myself and my phone in the other room. No distractions. Coffee/water/beer. Smoke a bowl before the game and another at halftime. I used to watch the Chiefs with others but I prefer to just watch alone. Here in Chiefs country I'm the only person that I know of that cares about the Rams anyway.

When my son gets older and if he takes an interest in football I'll have someone to watch the Rams with.

Just me. Live in Bronco country. The only friend I have here gets a little rowdy with the spirits, so we haven’t watched a game.

I watch the game in my man cave/office while my wife watches in the living room. Every TV in the house is tuned into the game so if I have to go to the kitchen for snacks I won't miss anything. I have a beer fridge in my office and a popcorn machine and a bathroom so I don't have to leave often.

Definitely watch by myself. But sometimes when my kids are visiting we'll hit the sports bar. Or used to before all this nonsense. Everyone in the family roots for them, sort of, but the Rams are definitely my albatross lol.

I don't yell and scream, I'm more of a sarcasm type when the Rams really do stupid shit. Stuff like "Oh look so and so is playing 30 yards off the LOS big fuckin surprise." Or "Great a TD to the defense" or "If someone could make a catch/cover/fucking tackle that would be great." And then like many here I commiserate by reading RoD on my phone. Funny thing too is when I read some of you raging in the gameday thread it makes me feel better. Like I'm all zen-like in comparison or something. Which is why I don't mind all that it's actually therapeutic in a strange way.

Also @Loyal I can't eat cheetos any more. My doc has me on a strict fat diet. It's bullshit. Also I will have you know I drink Budweiser and wear a jersey as part of my ensemble and if anyone comes across some pants like these pick them up for me because boy would they just say RAMS:
