So Germany is 11/2 but Other was read as being every team other than Brazil at 100/1? I'm not sure how anyone does that . And why any team other than Brazil why not any team other than Colombia?

I'm guessing it was the idea that only Brazil was listed above "Other" when it probably should have been at the end.

That said, it's still more reasonable to parse that as any other team besides those listed, especially since the "Any other but Brazil" interpretation makes it MUCH smarter to bet on that than just Germany.
