Did not watch but a Punt Return catch at the 5 and subsequent Fumble is not worthy of calling it excelling in all phases.

Again, not sure why Kupp is returning punts, I thought Webster did a fine job last year. Like everyone else, concerned about injury and his decision to field the punt instead of letting it go into the end zone plus fumbling showcased IMO, he's not returned punts for a while.
