I still haven't quite warmed up to the most recent iteration. I realize it's supposed to represent spiraled horns, but to me they look cracked (broken)

I actually like most all of them except for Cleveland, which for whatever reason, has no design whatsoever, and the abbreviated city name helmets (SF, NY, C, G, W, KC) don't fancy me much either.

The reason I like them all, is each one does a nice job incorporating the theme of their city or team name.

Miami is a distant 2nd for me... but still WAY BETTER than the whole rest of the league.

But none come even close to sucking completely like Cleveland's. The league should mandate a complete redo and upgrade into the present day for that trash helmet design.

Yup, we were the first. And best. There is no truer animal to the game of football than the Big Horn Sheep. A battering ram.

Vikings 2nd for me. I like horns on a helmet.

Worst 5 for me is shared between Browns, Titans, Panthers, Patriots, and Commodes.

Top 10 all-time for me (old school player for helmet preference) is Rams (Youngblood), Vikings (Foreman), Eagles (Jaworski), Oilers (Campell), Redskins, Cowboys, Dolphins (Csonka), Chargers (Fouts), Seahawks (Zorn), and Bucs (Selmon).

Rams are easily the best with Bengals 2nd and the Browns a distant last place.

I loved the original horns. Roman Gabriel and the horns is what made me a Rams fan at 8. I really like the new horns. The break adds dimension to the original horns and gives them a modern look. Look at your posted Rams head and you can see the horns are not flat and smooth. They have curve and dimension. Remember, the NFL is continually appealing to a new generation so a team needs a marketing retooling ever so often.

I love the Browns' helmet. Some teams hire focus groups and spend a great deal of time and energy to be trendy and modern (Rams.. cough.. cough) and Cleveland is just "f@#k it.... ours is orange."

And aren't the Rams due for a refresh this off season? I hear that gradients are passe, now. Perhaps a shift to velvet numbers or maybe see-through helmets this time around. Focus groups assemble!

Yep. Feels arrogant and disrespectful to employ a few Nike designers to override what so many loyal fans have loved for many decades.
