H-Back/TE/FB Lance Kendricks had right knee scoped

Rams TE Lance Kendricks not in OTAs. Had right knee scoped after swelling last month. WR Brian Quick sat out today; tight hamstring.

Kendricks was dealing with swelling in his knee and decided to have it cleaned out. The former second-round pick showed up on the injury report a couple of times last season with a knee injury, but he didn't miss a game. With Jared Cook in town, Kendricks is expected to focus on blocking in 2013. He's sitting out OTAs, but he should be ready for training camp. May 23 - 4:44 PM

Better now than later. I suspect Kendricks will be good to go. Not worried....Now Quick though...He needs all the reps he can get because if a guy named Stedman is biting his chops to start out Wide with Givens.

I look for Quick to be a factor this season, but plenty of room out there for Bailey to show what he can do. I think we will see a lot of 4 WR sets this season, Sam's ready...
