This was from that episode, I didn’t watch it but I’m sure you can find it. I know there was a part leading up to the practice with Gruden showing AD, Goff, Gurley and McVay and how great they were so the Raiders needed to give their best effort to match the greatness.
They did show that part, and it was pretty fricken funny too!

I liken this thread to my last on the JF weighing in on JG thread. Who TF cares waht ED thinks of JG? He is NOT a talent evaluater. He ran the football pretty damn good when he played. Now works for the Rams in the BUSINESS side of the team. Don't give these guys more power than they deserve. Only give them what they deserve and your respect has been made. they are just reaching outside of their elements for "clicks". Don't matter one iota ... or Les Snead and Demoff would have hired him to the FOOTBALL side of the organization.

Thanks for the info. I watch ed the parts of it that I wanted and it is hilarious to hear #24 Jonathon Abram talking about how easy it would be to take Aaron Donald if he was a few pounds heavier...lol

I've got to be honest. I always liked Gruden's personality. Thought it was entertaining.
But after getting acquainted with a guy who really understands how to coach, how to teach, how to motivate,. I don't even like seeing Gruden's approach.
Mcvay is a damn gem. I appreciate Gruden for giving him his start and helping him excel in this career. But Mcvay is a different breed of coach.

Notice how the episode only showed the rams defense. Not 1 play from Gurley or the offense , wonder if rams want Gurley to be kept secret
