There is some serious momentum building that the new HGH testing agreement, which could be settled on today, could include the repeal of the suspensions of both players. The concession on the league's behalf for testing would be that the threshold for positive marijuana tests would be raised which would clear Gordon and Welker's infraction would be considered substance rather than performance enhancing, his first violation, which would repeal his suspension as well. The NFLPA would demand that the rule be applied retroactively to players suspended under old rules (Gordon and Welker).
