As per my tradition I try to make something that is pertaining to the teams playing.

For this week my wife found a sandwich that is popular in the Buffalo area called Beef on Weck.

Kaiser roll egg washed and sprinkled with salt and caraway seeds and toasted.

Then topped with roast beef and horseradish and before you top it with the crown the crown is dipped in au jus.

I'm going to cook up a Bison burger tonight.

To keep with our family tradition, we will be getting pizza, cheesy bread, salad, and possibly some kind of dessert. Oh, and beer. Lots of beer. Actually, nix the pizza. We will just consume beer.

Have a pizza ordered already and will choose between a few bourbon selections.

1st one of the season. Wow... it got here fast!

In a recent season I would try and do a meal based on our opponent. I ain't doing that shit anymore...

So Hell No to chicken wings tonight.

I'm ordering some pizzas from our local place. The wife will pick em up and bring em home. Our local place does not deliver.

Got most of my crew coming over to watch it with me.
