I'm not a soccer fan. But what I watched today looked like a team that had no fire in them. Their body language looked like they accepted defeat. That was before the last goal.
Started off ugly, got better in a few brief stints. They really looked out of it from the beginning.

USA probably didn’t try because they feared backlash from the red card reversal. If they would of won they would of got hell from opposing fans across the world.
USA played horribly tonight in all phases.
Too bad because they looked terrific against Paraguay, Australia and Bosnia.
Would have preferred a close game and a good fight.

WOW though-talked to a guy who is off his rocker to ,I’ll say grace who is religious.I know I’m pushing the button & appreciate everyone’s view here.Just don’t understand say someone can compare woman’s soccer to US Men’s & say there Haters.It got deeper than that.I’ll say I’m more in line with these views.

I think Norways coach has the right view & this decision had something to do with effort or emotions. I look at the singing before the game & saw a couple players not into it ?? I take that in before NFL games sometimes.If I have my drink on,sometimes being patriotic watching at home isn’t the same(alone).Some big games with friends we get JACKED !!
This is just a solid view imo from a coaches point of view.My take is the English player should play against Norway.Then again I know he doesn’t want it,plus how would that effect the Wnglish team as well ? —- Why put that weight on a team.We all know Sean Mcvays take on The NFL being The Greatest team sport in the world.He’ll tell us that until The Cows come Home !!

My take is Matt doesn’t create that THIRD goal the game changes & the US Team Settles in.Those 4 crosses were rushed in.IMO your able to bring players up a little then there is a player who might be able to run free.An example would be the English teams first goal against Mexico ?? The 2nd one from the same player shows how fast emotions can change & one turnover or miss step really has that effect.
Seeing Stafford throw a INT for almost a pick 6 against Detroit.Parkisian makes a nice hustle tackle,but the defense didn’t hold up.Still gave Stafford time to process it.His emotions could’ve made things worse running it right back.The Rams are built the right way foundation-ally (minus my spelling)
BTW - I’ll have some deep discussions on sports today.Fun stuff.Can talk to a Hags Fan & niner fan about multiple sports as well.This game almost for sure one of the topics.

Exactly. The goal tender also forgot how to tend goal, which didn't help.... But the US was out matched regardless. Some people just want to make everything political. It's..... Silly.
We couldn’t handle their counter-press and they stepped into our passing lanes time and time again.
We got destroyed in the middle 3rd and that exploited our defensive structure.
