I love GamePass. Apparently this year some of the software was changed and it no longer works on most Smart TVs. I’m really going to miss it, but don’t want pay to have it on my phone or PC.

What options do I have to watch non Nationally televised games on my Smart TV? Is streaming on the Kindle or laptop about it? Am I stuck using a laptop or desktop?

I don’t want to go back to Direct TV NFL package.

Smart TVs generally suck for any kind of internet based stuff. I would still use a fire stick or Roku. For streaming, I hook up my Smart TV to my laptop. Otherwise, it just doesn't work worth a shit.

They changed the whole setup and now it sucks. They've added a bunch of other shows and a shiny new interface but unfortunately the ability to rewatch games, the only reason to get gamepass, took a hit. Coaches film isn't available at all right now, though it should be fixed by the regular season. I stream from a laptop and it's kind of annoying and a little buggy right now. Hopefully it gets figured out soon

I guess I will be streaming games on my kindle. I loved the ability to watch games again whenever I wanted. I guess they felt that they were giving away too much.

As someone else stated - just attached your laptop to your smart TV

Then log into game pass thru your internet.

Works fine.

However, the only thing available right now after the game is the condensed game and you have to wait 2 to 4 hours for that.

But yeah - their format is really confusing right now. Took me 10 minutes to figure it out.

Can't you mirror your kindle to your TV?

Both should have mirroring capabilities.

I tried last year and could not get it to work. It did two years ago because I used to mirrorcasy my sons football games from Hudl. Then it suddenly stopped working. I haven’t tried I’m a year. Maybe I will try that again

Regardless of smart tv or whatever, I would still suggest the laptop option. In my experience, it works flawlessly. I even have a laptop that does nothing but feed to my TV for streaming. It is ultra clear, glitchless, and from what I hear, you can even watch porn on your big screen with it.

I watched the preseason games through the Gamepass app on my Amazon Firestick.
It crashed once in the third quarter of the Rams game.

The past two seasons I have paid monthly to watch the NFL on DAZN.
Their service is good, but they don't show all of the games.
The price is fair, imo, pay monthly and can pause your subscription any time.
