I've got chili on the menu. It's a recipe I trust as a go to chili recipe.

My wife would never eat chili I said please let me try this recipe. Now she'll actually request it.

I think the secret ingredient is adding a couple pasilla peppers.

What do you all have for tonight?

Straight Papa's Pilar rum. All night starting in about 1 hour.

Gonna keep it simple tonight.

Game starts 9:30pm here.. so probably just a snack sort of thing here.

But... Just had toasted roast beef hoagies and fries! Homemade ones. Wife made them from a leftover roast. I should have snapped a photo... they looked all pro luscious.
