I almost did a grill dish. I was telling my wife I really jumped quick to my winter menu... weather is still good enough for grill though.

Might sneak a grill dish in next week if weather cooperates.

My GF is working nights tonight so no point in doing anything fancy for my lonesome. Beers and burgers will do me.

I'm taking a break today from the cooking. Plus... it's raining here anyway.

BUT

I'm still excited about our menu...

I feel like I make some of the best chicken wings ever on my Big Green Egg. But those are smoked. When I'm in the mood for some super fatty FRIED wings... I'm am very fortunate to have a local mom and pop place that make them so good it's not worth the trouble for me to fry my own. Plus... they have an incredible variety of sauces. They even have a sauce that is HOT enough for me.

I am frying my own fries in peanut oil though.

Gonna do tuna salad sandwiches. I put finely chopped onion & bell pepper in mine, along with a small amount of lemon juice and light mayo. It's my secret recipe. Or used to be.

Have some chicken wings and legs on the grill right now. Going to do some Mexican street corn and some tri- tips later on. Along with the usual bean dip and chips, cheese and crackers blah blah blah
