I've publicly been quite vocal about my wait-and-see attitude about this coaching hire. But I've gotta say, I've been watching every interview and reading everything I can, and I'm starting to get excited. I like this guy, I like his apparent openness, honesty and quiet confidence. I don't get the impression that there is anything other than what we see when watching/listening to him on video/radio interviews.
