I'm gonna list trilogies:

Guardians of the Galaxy. Probably the best superhero trilogy.

Many of my favorite films are in black and white. These are in not in the order of favorites but rather by actor or director or genre.
3 comedies with Alec Guinness- Kind Hearts and Coronets, The Lady Killers and The Lavender Hill Mob.
2 comedies with Cary Grant- Arsenic and Old Lace and Father Goose (color).
4 by Hitchcock-The Lady Vanishes, The 39 Steps, North by Northwest and It Takes a Thief (color), (the last two also with Cary Grant).
3 with Bogart- The Big Sleep, The Maltese Falcon and The Treasure of the Sierra Madre.
Joseph Cotton and Orson Welles in- The Third Man.
WWII- Sink the Bismarck, The Bridge on the River Kwai (color with Alec Guinness).
The Seven Samurai by Kurusawa.
Gary Cooper-Sargent York.
Rounding out the 20 are color films- Jaws, Doctor Zhivago, Diva (1981).
