Ex Ram player Antonio Armstrong killed

Depressing and unpleasant news out of Texas. I don't remember his time with the Rams, it was brief. I do remember him from the CFL resurrecting his career and becoming one of their best players.

It seems he was loved and respected by all and leading a successful post football life. His son seems to have suffered a psychotic break.

Extremely difficult to understand, how someone can kill their parents
