Over the next few drafts I would like to see the Rams trade out of the first and pick up extra picks if there isn’t a guy who they love when they pick. If the Rams could pick up a 2nd & 3rd round pick for the their 1st this year, I think I would support that. A trade with Cleveland for 2nd (49th) and 3rd (80th) lines up well. Maybe Miami for the 48th and 78th pick would work.

If the Rams were able to make a trade like this, I would definitely be ok with Khalen Saunders. He’s one of the bigger DTs in the draft, and I think he’s worth the gamble despite facing lesser competition. I could see him being around if the Rams were able to get a mid 3rd round pick.

Agreed, he in my mind, checked the competition box just seeing him in person dominate the elite of the elite at the Senior Bowl. Special talent that I'd love to put on the same line as Donald and JFM.
