less invested in the off-season now that we have a legit team? I’ve discovered that I read camp reports less, pay less attention to mocks, and really only check in to see if Donald has signed yet. Quite frankly, I’m no longer worried about this team and don’t feel the need to come in and bitch about every little move they do. It’s great.

Bring on a f***ing Super Bowl.

Lost a lot of interest in anything NFL related in general due to recent activity by the league as a whole; I'm only interested in Rams football, and that's about it. Quite frankly, I wouldn't lose that much sleep if the NFL went defunct and would have a lowkey schadenfreude on the collective ownership of the NFL if ever their $$$ goes down due to the mishandling of the CTE scandal.

Actually I'm the same exact way. I try to get myself more and more into the offseason and it's becoming easier with our first pres season game tomorrow but it's very nice to know we have a pretty stacked roster.

I haven't lost interest, really. But I do find that I spend a lot less time pouring over transactions, and that need to know who's showing up in training camp, and who's not. I guess it's just a matter of trusting, and believing in the team, coaches, players, and philosophy in general. It's peaceful actually. Can't wait for the season to start, but I'm honestly not fretting over much more than the Aaron Donald negotiations. It's a good feeling!

Complete opposite.

Before this offseason who would have thought the Rams could top last years offseason? They not only topped it but, in a big way. The Rams had a big draft class and UDFA signings. They made trades, some free agent signings and contract extensions. They have new faces mostly on a revamped defense that also will have young veteran Rams stepping in. Oh, the Donald drama too. They still have some questions and I'm looking to see who is stepping up.

It's just different. I am very excited to watch this years preseason - more than other years. Because we are a deep team now - so we'll have players with potential playing all over the place.

But I haven't cared too much about camp. Regarding the reports about the Ravens....really don't care. I think we'd smoke them in a real game, so what would I get out of that as a fan? If we look good - well, yea we should. If we don't....not sure that it means anything anyways.

In years past I think I cared about camp reports more.

The only reason I am paying attention to the transactions and whatnot is that this team is so stacked that there are starters on a lot of other teams that wouldn't make our 53.

That's part of the reason why this AD holdout is so frustrating. This team is poised to have a historically good defense AND a number 1 level offense and the FO is setting this team up for a "win now, win forever" type of outlook.

And I'm serious as a heart attack when I say that for me, once the season starts, I'm rooting for the Rams, not any particular player.

As much as I like AD and I like him almost as much as Jack Youngblood who, to me, is the epitome of what it means to be an NFL HoF player, if AD sits at home, I won't be thinking a second thought about him. No "what ifs", no "it'd be nice ifs"...nothing.

Stedman Bailey is fighting just to get a chance to try again and has gone through hell and back just to try to make his case for the CHANCE. I RESPECT what he's doing, even if I have misgivings about whether he should be doing it at all.

Obviously, AD is a superlative talent. That said, he's rapidly getting to the point where all this becomes beyond self-indulgent and really trivializes the sacrifices other players are making on a daily basis just to BE in the league.

Yes, he should be paid and yes, he should be the highest paid defender. The rest of this has become a sad exercise in mental masturbation as AD's agents try to make a case for what are rapidly becoming indefensible actions based on unattainable demands.

Edit: sorry, didn't mean to hijack the thread.

In some ways I'm paying attention less and in some ways I'm paying attention more.

Just as invested, just less stressed.
Used to be losing someone like Amendola was a disaster.
There is a plan and a path now.

Sort of. I'm not hanging on every tidbit of Rams news, wanting to mine it for hope for the future as I was during the Suck Age that ended last year. At this point, I have plenty of reason to hope just knowing who's on the roster and I'm anxious to see the real games begin.

I've haven't been interested in offseason in years. Hasn't changed. I only care from August - February.

I'm constantly refreshing this site and Twitter. I want to see more bombs to Cooks and Peters INTs. If anyone hasn't been following closely, FYI...Goff is throwing more deep shots this year and his timing is money.

I can say that I’m hanging less on every move or story. I’m at the point of just wanting to see this team play already. I really can’t wait to see all the new pieces and how they all fit together with what was probably already going to be a playoff lock before we made the moves.

I can’t wait to see Cooks in this offense and our secondary. And if they get AD locked up and playing along side Suh and Brockers.... just got a chill down my spine.
