A safety is not a turnover. It the same team has possession of the football at the end of the play without the other team gaining possession then it is just ruled as a fumble/fumble recovery.

If the RAMS intercept a pass and return it 20 yards then fumble and recovered by the other team, that would be 2 turnovers

Colts had 2 int and 1 fumble lost on Sunday... that's 3 turnovers

They also were 0/1 on 4th downs

Official NFL stats have them down for 3 turnovers

I'll just say thanks @flv for running the sports book. I know it is a lot of work, but it is a nice feature, and makes the site more enjoyable. I am not a gambler, but I do enjoy placing bets in the Sports Book, and seeing how much real money I didn't lose. Thanks.
