First 3 minutes about wine.
(Drafted Torry Holt #6 overall. What impact did he have as a rookie? Should the Rams get one at #6?)
If there's one out there, I'd recommend you get him. When you get a receiver high in the draft, you expect him to contribute right away, but you don't know if he'll be a difference maker. Torry Holt was a difference maker. Torry played like a seasoned player. Isaac Bruce did a great job mentoring him, and Al Saunders did a great job bringing him along. Even Ricky Proehl stepped in to help him mature. Lots of people helped, but he came along quickly.
Thinks Jeff Fisher will turn things around here. He did everything to get to the Superbowl that WE did to get to the Superbowl. He just lost and we won. The last three schedules the Rams have had to play wasn't fair. This schedule is a little easier because there aren't as many past playoff teams coming in to play. Part of the reason the Rams didn't do so well before was because of those schedules and of course all the injuries. Thinks the coaches did a good enough job, but they just didn't win enough games due to the schedule and injuries.
More wine promotion. And then some baseball. Not a whole lot to this interview.
