I had a massive horndog crush on her. Pre-fap days but I was enthralled in that pre-fap day way.

She died to day at 84 years. I thought, as a white kid in the 70’s, she was so beautiful, smart and kind on the a show few remember now called “Julia.” As Julia, black middle class nurse and other shows, she wasn’t the stereotyped unmarried black woman on drugs in the ghetto.

I didn’t think of those things exactly before puberty, but I loved her as a kid. RIP Diahann, from the kid in East Whittier....
