Creating Banner Help?

How do you create banners merging more than one pic?
Is there a free program? or is it an adobe photo shop tool?

I use photoshop, but there are other editing programs. What you wanna do, though, sounds like you'll need to be pretty familiar with masking and such. But it's easy enough to teach yourself.

Just made this one tonight, took 2 hours ugh....I dont have any true systems like photoshop to use so I just use paint and whatever free image editing websites I find on google.
