Today the 'Oldie' is the Best I Have! We'll start with Him!
At # 37 - HB/FB - Tommy Wilson: ( 1956-61) He also wore #24.

This is the only photo I could find of him, but it's pretty nice!
Tommy was given the nickname ' Touch-Down-Tommy!' By the Team!
He Rushed 389 times for 2130 and 13 TD's with an aver. of 5.5, not too shabby!
He also had 46 receptions for 459 Yds. and 5 TD's, add 1 TD on a KR and you see why the nickname Tommy Touch Down!

Next I have DB - Ivory Sully: ( 1979-84)

He was used mainly as a KR man

He did have 1 Safety in 1984!

He remains a Big Ram Fan!

Next up, FS - Pat Terrell: (1990-93)

He had 4 Int's in his career here

Lastly, DB - Matt Daniels: (2012-13)

He Played in a total of 6 games for us!

If I had found a photo of him, I probably would have told people not to get confused about the guy either!

Not too much here, He played 14 games and had 10 TKL's and 1 Assist.

* FS - Christian Bryant 2015-Present

He's looked pretty good in pre-season work, but in 9 games he has no recordable stats!

We drafted him with the Pick we received for Josh Gordy!

He played 13 games for the Rams and had 4 Passes Defended / 1 FF / 2 Fumbles / 1 FR / and 23 TKL's w/ 1 Assist. He also had 38 KR's for 857 Yds. and 1 TD. w/ a long of 99 Yds. W/a 22.6 aver.

* FB - Art Perkins - 1962-1963
He was a 4th Round Draft pick by the Rams in 1962.
In his 2 seasons he played in 26 games and had 85 Rush Att's for 252 Yds. and 6 TD's w/ a long of 20 Yds./ a 3.0 aver. he also had 22 Rec's for 144 Yds. a 6.5 aver. w/ a long of 17 Yds. and 5 Fumbles.
On Defense he had 5 Fumbles and 2 FR's and he had 1 KR for 15 Yds.

Just to make sure the stats are as complete as I can possibly have them:

In his 6 seasons with the Team played in 69 Games and went to the Pro Bowl in 1957.
He had 46 rushes for 141 Yds. /1 TD / a long of 17 Yds. w/a aver. of 3.1 Per att. he also had 8 Rec's for 110 Yds. a 13.8 aver. w/ a long of 42 Yds. 2 fumbles and as a Return man he had 3 PR's for 28 Yds. and 51 KR's for 1382 Yds. and 1 TD. w/ a long of "103 Yds."an aver. of 27.1 Yds. / On defense he had 19 Fumbles and 6 FR's. he also had 2 Pass att's w/ 1 Int. for a Minus 22.5 aver. But he did have 3 seasons were he was in the Top 10 in Yds. Per Touch!!

* DB - Ivory Sully - 1979-1984

In his 6 season as a Ram he played 81 games and had 2 Fumbles / 6 FR's / 1 sack / 1 Safety / and 13 KR's for 154 Yds. w/ a Long of 24 Yds. and a 11.8 aver.

* FS - Pat Terrell - 1990-1993

Sorry to say, in his 6 games he had No Measurable stats.

* DB - James Butler - 2009-2011

In his 3 seasons as a Ram he played in 43 games ..

He had 5 Int's for 30 Yds. w/ a long of 17 Yds. and ..

He had 9 Passes Defended / 1 FF / and 2 FR's for 59 Yds.

He also had 86 TKL's and 14 Assists.

* DB - James Washington - 1988-1989

In his 2 seasons as a Ram he played 25 games and had 1 Int for 7 Yds. / 1 FR / and 31 TKL's.

* LB - Jim Jones - 1958

He played in 12 games in his single season with the Team, and has No recorded stats. But that could be because they didn't record Tackles and sacks back then like they do today!

If healthy, as he seems to be, Sam Shields is getting lost as a huge addition to this suddenly-deep group of cornerbacks. He may certainly be the best dime-back in the league.

I had high hopes for Pat Terrell out of Notre Dame. I still remember when he was drafted. I don't know if it was injuries, or talent, but he was a mild disappointment.
