Today I'm only sticking to the top ones, because yesterday, being a 'Game Day', It cut short my research time!
Todays #11 Jersey starts with QB Norm Van Brocklin: (1949-57)
I know we Talked about him at #25 but he deserves another look!

NVB never had gaudy stats....But he's a winner...
#11 has some serious history...I really liked Pat Haden....he threw a nice deep ball...yes he did...
I REALLY liked Chris, err Jim Everrett...He could sling the rock...While he had a great OL, he got hit too much and became a lil gun shy. The press ate him up too...Still don't know why he didn't become a HOF'er??? Gibson is a Washington State miracle....

TAVON....man, I want Tavon to work out...I wonder will he ever be allowed to wear #1? What's the hangup on single digit numbers for certain wrs?

He was a 1st Round pick by the Rams in 1950, #12 overall. He was a 2 time Pro Bowler and a 1 time All Pro. (He was on our Championship Team in 1951!)
In his 5 Seasons with the team, besides playing Center and OG, he Played what was called "Middle-Guard" on defense. In his 57 games he had 2 INT's for 10 Yds. w/ a long of 19 Yds./ 1 FR./ in his 4 Post Season games he totaled 1 INT. Remember, they didn't keep a lot of stats on O-Lineman in those days.
