  Profootballtalk reports the Bengals and LT Cordy Glenn have disputed the severity of his concussion.
  
  Per Mike Florio, the sides are at loggerheads "regarding the concussion, its symptoms, whether he’s able to return, the need for second opinions, and how the player feels." The Bengals have apparently fined Glenn $200,000 for conduct detrimental to the team, while things reportedly "got heated" Wednesday. Glenn apparently asked for his release. Much like Trent Williams in Washington, Glenn believes the Bengals have mishandled the situation. Although Glenn "resumed practicing" on Wednesday, it's pretty clear he won't be out there Sunday.

Bengals are in trouble IMHO. They have a Head Coach in Zac Taylor that is way over his head and Mike Brown does not rank high on my list of owners.

So is he stating he isnt over the concussion and they say he is? I'm sure its not that simple, but if he has concussion concerns, is he worth going after? I would hate to make a trade for him then have him be unable to play or get concussed again and be done.

Next year we'll have a LT one way or another.

I'm curious if Havenstein can work in a phone booth effective?

i think it only lasted until they played a scrimmage against the chargers, where both brown and hav struggled mightily against that front. but i could be wrong.

Like KF says it was camp and joint practices. They also I believe ran the first preseason game and it was changed back the next week. It was not good at all from either player.

When your stand over 6-8 & after a good meal tip the scales close to 330 pounds getting low is not good for you .

Big Rob might need to commit more time to tape study or go back to his pass blocking fundamentals going up against those speed rushers. I still remember the unbelievable nightmare when he faced off against the younger Von Miller a few seasons back.
