Does your NFL Sunday change any over the bye week?

Me; I am pretty habitual during the NFL season.

While it stinks to have to wait another week for Rams football, I'll find other games to watch. Perhaps try to scope out our next opponent (the Browns) a little more than a normal week.

I'll still cook my football foods :yess:

Same routine but about a thousand times less intense and stressful. I'll watch the games but do other things at the same time.

I lucked out. I have my cousins wedding on Sunday so I would have had to miss the rams game if there was one.....needless to say crisis averted

Watching Sunday football without the Rams is like having sex without the orgasm.

Ingesting massive quantities of drugs works for me. Or at least we'll find out if it does.

So it's still a great way to spend your time and you don't have to worry about any possible "surprises"....?

Sounds ok to me.

I will watch but without commitment, maybe some redzone and tune in to the close games. Bike ride with my son maybe some fall planting. Very Open but I will catch some football.

My girlfriend is moving in from Wisconsin tonight. So we will be spending the weekend getting her settled in. Probably watch a little football just to relax. Normally I still watch it, but I save a heart attack.

Apple Picking...That's right, we go Apple picking...Rams are on a bye and the New York Giants (wife's team) are playing Monday night. Children are older know (son a senior in college) and daughter is 16, but we'll head to pick some fine McIntosh apples and my daughter will have to endear me saying..."Why are all these people out and about? All their teams can't be on a bye."

And then she will roll her eyes and shake her head in disdain.

That's why any future daughter of mine will be wondering that before I can even speak it.

My interest wanes, but that's because I watch a lot of college the day before.

I'll watch what's on TV if there are any good games but I won't bother finding anything online.

Wifey planned my 50th bday party for the Rams bye week, so chances are I will be hung over and a vegetable laying on the couch all day tomorrow. I think it will be more the games watching me, than me watching the games

I usually watch the games I bet on, if my football ticket has not already been a loser. We usually watch Green Bay too, since my wife likes them.

Overall though it just ain't the same.

.

Yeah, she always stairs me down and says..."Don't say it." But I do nonetheless. You'll find that part of the fun in raising your children is the banter to keep everything on the up & up.

The bye week feels sort of like the offseason because members are posting draft threads in the Rams-NFL section which then have to be moved. :sneaky:

I think I'll spend some of my day watching a couple of games that interest me but also trying out my telepathic powers..I'm going to try to get the Rams to make sure they don't get caught thinking all they have to do is show up next week...This not the same Browns team of the first couple of weeks..

I find watching anything other than the Rams Boring as hell! But on Bye Weeks I usually watch up-coming opponents games, to get a better idea 0f what we will be facing!

I root against our division foes. This week I am a steelers fan.

I will glance at the games, maybe watch some if our conference foes are playing. Otherwise, I have lost interest in most things NFL that is not the Rams.

I watch as much and as many of the games I can. No vested interest in any team except the Steelers and my fantasy team.
